Shortlisting
• Applications are reviewed against clear criteria.

Interview & Assessment
• Shortlisted candidates are invited to an interview (virtual or in person).
• You’ll receive all details in advance, including interview format and any tasks (e.g., presentations or skills-based exercises).
• Let us know of any accessibility needs - we’re happy to help.
Offer & Onboarding
• Successful candidates receive a verbal offer, followed by written confirmation.
• Offers are subject to:

✓ Right to work in the UK
✓ Satisfactory DBS check
