VetSkill OSCE candidates now to receive results in 10 working days

VetSkill is thrilled to announce that, with immediate effect, the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the release of OSCE results has been reduced from 15 working days to just 10 working days.

This improvement reflects VetSkill’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the candidate experience and delivering efficient, high-quality assessment services. By shortening the time candidates wait for their results, VetSkill aims to significantly reduce anxiety during what can be a particularly stressful period, while maintaining the robustness and integrity of our assessment and quality assurance processes.

The reduction in turnaround time has been made possible through continued investment in automated marking systems and processes, whilst ensuring that speed is achieved without compromising accuracy or standards.

VetSkill understands how important timely results are for candidates as they plan their next steps, and this change reinforces VetSkill’s candidate-focused approach and its commitment to continuous improvement across all services.

VetSkill will continue to review and refine its processes, always seeking opportunities to provide the best possible experience for our candidates, centres, and stakeholders.
