Distinction delight: Northumberland College celebrates first L3 VN learner Distinction
VetSkill approved centre Northumberland College has recently hit an exciting milestone: the college’s first Level 3 Veterinary Nursing learner to achieve a Distinction grade.
The learner, Debbie, completed their VetSkill VTEC Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (Companion Animal) and received exceptional results, having trained full time at Kirkley Hall Campus, where the college’s brand-new veterinary centre is located. Debbie honed their skills in the centre’s newly designed operating theatre, consultation rooms and state-of-the-art amenities.
Debbie shares:
“Becoming an RVN has been an incredibly rewarding journey, and achieving a distinction truly feels like the cherry on top. I'm so grateful to Kirkley Hall and VetSkill for their support throughout this challenging but fulfilling process. It’s taken a huge amount of learning to get here. I'm excited for what lies ahead and eager to continue growing and developing in my career”.
The top performing college in the North East for student achievement, Northumberland specialises in land-based education, training and apprenticeships across its three campuses.
